KEVIN EVONT BOWENS

KEVIN BOWENS received his B.A. in History from Dickinson College, in 1987, and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia, and he is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas.  He is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia

Mr. Bowens' practice focuses on various aspects of bankruptcy litigation, representing both creditors, debtors, and trustees in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases and claims litigation.^*  He has served as an attorney of record in the following reported cases:
